Yes, here at John Coote Carpets, we have a professional team of trained installers. They are prompt, quick, respectful and clean up afterwards.
Usually there is a lead time of 2 weeks however this can vary depending upon the chosen product and business availability. We will always be upfront and honest so you can actively plan for your new carpets.

Definitely. Industry standard for a guarantee on the labour of installation is 12 months, however we are so sure of our work that Just Carpets Auburn provides its customers with an 18 month guarantee. Any issues directly related to the installation are apparent immediately and those that arise at a later date are often caused by external factors such as direct sunlight, the moving of furniture or carpet shampooing/steaming with the use of excessive water. If this does occur, we would be more than happy to rectify the issue but there many be an additional charge.
Carpet rolls and comes in a standard width of 3.66m, a lineal or broadloom metre is this width by one metre (3.66m x 1m). When working out the amount of carpet required, we calculate the required lineal meterage and then convert this to square metres for the ease of our customers. For this reason, the amount of carpet needed is always a little bit more than the true square meterage to account for wastage where rooms do not meet this width or extra carpet where the width is exceeded.
We have a broad and diverse range of brands, styles and colours available to suit all budgets and requirements. If you are after a particular carpet, please let our friendly staff know and we will endeavour to source it for you. Brands on offer include Victoria Carpets, Hycraft, Godfrey Hirst, Feltex, Redbook, Bremworth and Quest.
It’s best to have a chat about your requirements with one of our consultants. Often traffic on commercial carpets will be greater and this needs to be taken into account. We will be able to recommend the perfect carpet for your situation.
Send through an enquiry form, give us a call or come into the showroom. We will then have a chat about your requirements. We prefer customers visit our showroom first so that we can gain an idea of carpet preferences as well as show you any specials we have available. An appointment will be set up for one of our consultants to visit your home/ office/ building so that the area can be measured. We will bring samples of the desired carpets. Alternatively for a rough estimation, customers are able to send through their floor plans for us to work off. We then draw up a plan and put together a quotation. We try to have your quotation to you within 24 hours but will let you know if there has been a delay. If you accept our quotation, an invoice will be provided where 50% is due to hold the selected carpet. We will then work with you to find a mutually convenient date for installation. The remainder of the balance is payable on completion.
This will need to be discussed prior but we are able to remove and discard at an additional cost.
